High-Yield Piping Components (NORSOK Compliant)
This product group covers high-yield carbon steel components for low-temperature and sour service, fully compliant with NORSOK M-630.
1. Flanges (Dual Certified)
- Material: Dual Certified ASTM A694 F52 and ASTM A350 LF2.
- Standard: ANSI/ASME B16.5.
- MDS: NORSOK MDS C21 Rev. 5 / C11 Rev. 5.
2. BW Fittings
- Material: ASTM A860 WPHY 52.
- Standard: ANSI/ASME B16.9.
- MDS: NORSOK MDS C53.
Key Testing Requirements:
- Impact Testing: Performed at -50°C for all thicknesses. Fittings must meet 41J Average / 33J Single requirements.
- Hardness Testing: Conducted according to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156. For fittings, testing frequency follows tensile test requirements.
- NDT (Fittings): 100% Magnetic Particle Examination (MPE) for all elbows produced by the mandrel method, regardless of wall thickness.
- Documentation: All test results (Hardness/Impact) is stated in the EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates.
